Because vintage and secondhand merchandise is different from newly manufactured clothing, customers should carefully review this policy before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our goal is to describe and supply products as accurately as reasonably possible while recognizing the natural variations that are part of secondhand and vintage clothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Nature of Our Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most products sold by Thrift Export are <strong>vintage, pre-owned, thrifted, secondhand, or wholesale clothing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless a product is specifically described as new, customers should expect reasonable signs of previous use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These may include minor fading, normal fabric wear, small marks, slight discoloration, minor stitching variations, wash-related changes, vintage characteristics, or other signs consistent with previously owned clothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such normal characteristics are not automatically considered defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting, display settings, and the customer&#8217;s device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Wholesale &amp; Bulk Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wholesale and bulk clothing orders are intended primarily for resellers, thrift stores, retailers, online sellers, and other businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because wholesale orders may contain many individual secondhand garments, reasonable variation between pieces should be expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, wholesale orders should not be expected to contain identical garments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Variations may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Color<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fabric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Style<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Size<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Country of manufacture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signs of previous use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers purchasing wholesale clothing acknowledge the assorted nature of these products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Kilo Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products sold <strong>by kilo<\/strong> are primarily sold according to the purchased weight rather than a guaranteed number of individual pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, heavier jackets will result in fewer pieces per kilogram than lightweight T-shirts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The number of garments received can therefore vary from one shipment to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless a specific piece count has been expressly guaranteed in the product listing or quotation, differences in the number of pieces are not grounds for a refund when the correct applicable weight has been supplied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Change-of-Mind Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because of the nature and logistics of wholesale, vintage, and international secondhand clothing, we generally cannot guarantee returns simply because a customer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changes their mind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No longer needs the merchandise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expected a different resale margin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does not like a particular style or color in an assorted lot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot resell particular pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ordered an incorrect quantity or category<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiences changes in their local market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where we voluntarily agree to accept a change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping and other non-refundable costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This does not affect any mandatory return or cancellation rights that apply under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Incorrect Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we have sent a product or category that is materially different from what was ordered, contact us with photographs and your order information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once verified, we may offer an appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances, such as replacement, account credit, partial refund, full refund, or return of the affected merchandise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The appropriate resolution will depend on the nature and extent of the error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Damaged Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondhand clothing should not be confused with damaged merchandise simply because it shows ordinary signs of previous ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, if merchandise arrives with substantial damage that was not disclosed or reasonably expected from its description or grade, please contact us with clear photographs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For courier-related damage, photographs of the external parcel are also important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may need this evidence to submit a claim with the shipping provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Condition and Grading<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a condition, grade, category, or quality description is provided, we make reasonable efforts to sort merchandise accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, grading secondhand clothing inherently involves some judgment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minor differences in interpretation may occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wholesale buyers should therefore understand that a grade describes the <strong>general expected standard of the merchandise<\/strong>, rather than guaranteeing that every garment will be identical in condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a specific grading standard is provided in the product description or quotation, that description should be reviewed before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Sizing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vintage and secondhand clothing can originate from different brands, countries, and manufacturing periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A labelled Medium from one brand may fit differently from a Medium produced by another brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vintage sizing can also differ considerably from modern sizing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For individually listed products, customers should review any measurements provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For assorted wholesale orders, some size variation should normally be expected unless a specific size range has been agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A normal variation in fit between brands is not by itself considered a product defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Return Authorization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us <strong>before returning merchandise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not send a return without receiving return instructions from Thrift Export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unauthorized returns may create customs, identification, delivery, or processing problems, particularly for international shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a return is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Responsibility for return shipping depends on why the merchandise is being returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we verify that we supplied materially incorrect merchandise or another issue attributable to us occurred, we will determine the appropriate arrangement for the return or other resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For approved discretionary or change-of-mind returns, return shipping is generally the customer&#8217;s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not independently purchase expensive international return shipping without first contacting us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15.
